School Training Solutions™ (STS), a division of Smart Horizons®, is a comprehensive offering of online training organized to meet both state mandated in service training requirements and the professional development training needs of all school district employees. Our STS catalog of approximately 146 hours of training is organized into driver training for bus drivers and others operating school district vehicles, OSHA training, campus security, food services, and a host of commonly needed general subject training.

Attention all users!  Prior to taking your Certification Test online, you must be in the presence of your Transportation Director or designee. The test MUST be proctored.

Prior to starting your online training, please conduct a "System Check" for the computer you are working on.  This ensures you have the minimum requirements for your computer and browser to use this website.

Application for Oklahoma State Department of Education (SDE) School Bus Driver Certificate is now available on the OK Department of Education website,

The State Board of Education requires this certification for school bus drivers employed by K-12th grade schools.
